Google often gives the broadest public picture of customer experience. The rating matters, but so do the number of reviews and how recent they are.

We open the Google listing directly, check that it belongs to the specialist, and record the rating and review count ourselves rather than relying on figures used in their own marketing.

The recommendations and feedback shown on the business page, how recent they are, and whether the page clearly belongs to the specialist.
Why it matters
Some specialists have useful customer feedback on Facebook that does not appear on Google, Trustpilot or other review platforms. We keep it as a separate source rather than combining different platforms into one score.

We open the business page directly, confirm that it represents the same specialist, and record what Facebook shows at the time we check it.
Companies House
Legal entity, company history, directors and filing status.

The company name and number, status, incorporation date, registered office, directors and filing history.
Why it matters
This confirms the legal entity behind the business and gives you basic information about who runs it, how long the company has existed and whether its filings are up to date.
How we verify it
We check the official Companies House register and match the trading business to the legal entity. If we cannot establish a clear connection, we say so rather than assume they are the same.
People & experience
Who is behind the business and the experience relevant to your registration.

The directors and lead consultants, who is likely to deliver the work, their professional background and their relevant care-sector and registration experience.
Why it matters
The quality of the support depends heavily on the people doing the work. We look beyond the company name to understand who may actually work on your application and the experience they bring.
How we verify it
We cross-check names and roles against Companies House, professional profiles and other available evidence. Where experience cannot be independently confirmed, we distinguish that from information supplied by the specialist.

Successful registrations the specialist says they have worked on, the type of service involved, whether it was a first application or followed previous attempts, and any relevant context around the outcome.
Why it matters
A registration result is more useful when you understand what was achieved and the circumstances behind it. Some applications are more complex than others, and delays or previous unsuccessful attempts do not necessarily reflect the quality of the specialist’s work.
How we verify it
We ask the specialist for evidence linking them to the application and independently confirm the registration outcome with the relevant regulator where possible. We only describe a result as verified when we can establish both the specialist’s involvement and the outcome.
